First Aid Tent - We need someone to run this tent.Help is also needed on set-up day which is the day before Field Day. Sign-up sheets will be available at the next Membership Meeting on July 2nd and the next Field Day meeting on July 8th.
- Place your order for a 2025 Field Day t-shirt by Thursday, July 31st. If you are planning on volunteering on Field Day and would like a t-shirt, please contact Sandy Davis. There will not be any extra shirts ordered, so please place your order if you would like a shirt. - Probationary Members Work Hours
All probationary members who plan to work on Field Day weekend (Saturday, September 20th and Sunday, September 21st need to sign in and out with Sandy Davis. No work slips will be accepted for these 2 days. Please see Sandy when you arrive and make sure you sign out as well so you get credit for the hours you worked. Sandy will give this list to Jon Hirons to input into your records. - Food Shack
All volunteers on Field Day will receive tickets to use to order food and beverages. Each member volunteering will receive these tickets (amount TBD) to be able to order food and beverages at the Food Shack. Tickets are included with your t-shirt. Sandy will be located at the Field Day Ticket Booth if you need assistance. Additional tickets will need to be purchased.
